Barbell Shoulder Press, Standing 45 lb x 10, 45 lb x 8, 45 lb x 8

Lateral Raise: 10 lb x 10, 12 lb x 10, 12 lb x 10

Reverse Fly: 8 lb x 10, 8 lb x 7, 5 lb x 10

Elliptical: 20 min

 

Proud of myself for being able to wait until my window for that chocolate, because I had it on me all day at work.  Just remember with OMAD/intermittent fasting, you can have these little food rewards but you delay not deny.
