DB Biceps Curl (Alternating): 15 lb x 10, 15 lb x 10, 20 lb x 5

DB Triceps Extension: 30 lb x 10, 30 lb x 10, 30 lb x 10

Couch to 5k (1.2): 3.0 mph walk/5.0 job (last interval 5.5 mph)

 

Decided today to continue to work out to get into better shape to play football.
